Júlia Normande Lins
Júlia Normande Lins is the Director at SUSEP responsible for Conduct Supervision and Market Infrastructure Supervision. She holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL), a Master’s in Economic Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economic Development at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Júlia practiced law for ten years in the insurance and reinsurance market before joining SUSEP in July 2023 as General Coordinator of Strategy. In January 2024, she was appointed Director. In this role, in addition to overseeing the conduct supervision of companies, Júlia also leads SUSEP’s Regulatory Sandbox and the Open Insurance initiative, fostering innovation, competition, and greater consumer protection in the Brazilian insurance market.
