An insurance technology entrepreneur and seasoned executive, Howard co-founded KLIMBER Digital Insurance, building proprietary customer experience platforms across Life and P&C sectors. Prior to that, he spent over eight years at AIG across Asia Pacific and North America, spearheading distribution strategy, advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, and sales performance management. With extensive global leadership experience across developed and emerging markets, Howard brings a unique, holistic perspective to moderating discussions on insurtech, market entry, digital customer journeys, and scalable operating models.
