Helene Wirth is a Director of Innovation supporting Nationwide Financial (NF) within the Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation (AIDT) Office. In this role, Helene is responsible for leading teams through product, service and/or distribution strategy, design, and development through market launch. Helene’s focus for the past three years has been on innovation through the increasing use of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.

Helene has been employed with Nationwide Financial for over 20 years, including eight years in Retirement Solutions Business Development and six years with Nationwide Trust Company Compliance. Additionally, in her time at Nationwide, she held positions in Operations and Sales. Prior to joining Nationwide, Helene was employed with Sarcom, Inc. in Lewis Center, Ohio.

She has Bachelor of Science and Master of Administration degrees from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio. Helene holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and maintains her Series 6 and 26 licenses.

Helene serves as a Board Member of Team Heart & Sole, Inc. and the Otterbein University Alumni Council.
