Harish Neelamana is the Co-founder and President of Convr (originally founded as DataCubes in 2016) and is the creator and original architect of Convr’s Underwriting Workbench.  
 
Over the course of his career, Harish has honed his technical skills in enterprise architecture, data management and analytics, applying them to business strategy and innovation. Harish is dedicated to developing people and organizational capabilities and has rallied teams around the challenges of efficient commercial insurance underwriting and envisioned Convr’s capabilities as a solution.  
 
Harish has spent many years of his career with EY, Allstate, BCG and Zurich North America. At each organization he developed an increasingly deep understanding of the insurance underwriting process and requirements leading him to his passion for operational efficiency. 
 
Harish has an MBA from Northwestern University.
