Félix's academic background includes an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was recognized as an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a Master's in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University as a Fulbright Scholar. He also holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Télécom Paris.
Before founding FounderNest in 2018, Félix co-founded JuntoSalimos, a social startup aimed at supporting Spanish-speaking early-stage entrepreneurs. His professional experience spans roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, The World Bank, France Telecom, Telefónica, and Capgemini, where he focused on broadband strategy and telecommunications.
Félix is also an active contributor to the innovation ecosystem, having served as a guest lecturer at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and as a mentor at Stanford University's Venture Lab.
