Federico Spagnoli is the Founder and CEO of Gangkhar, a global embedded insurance platform, empowering industyr players to expand access to protection solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Federico has held senior leadership roles at major firms. He served as Division President for Consumer Lines at Chubb's international general insurance operations , and as Regional President for Latin America at Prudential Financial . At AIG, he led consumer businesses across multiple regions including Japan, Korea, Latin America, and EMEA .

Federico holds a law degree from the University of El Salvador (Argentina) and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis . He also earned a postgraduate diploma in strategy and innovation from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and MS in Fintech at NYU.
