Eric Hoelzen is Head of Insurance at Turo, where he brings over two decades of expertise in insurance and mobility. He has led strategic initiatives in product innovation, risk management, and operational efficiency, helping launch Turo’s peer-to-peer car sharing model in multiple international markets. Prior to Turo, Eric held leadership roles at USAA, Chubb, and Travelers, and holds CRM and CIC designations. He was also recognized as Committee Chair of the Year by the Big I. Outside the office, Eric enjoys unplugging in the outdoors—whether it’s camping, cycling, or exploring new trails.
