Elizabeth Sherman
Elizabeth Sherman is Vice President of Engagement, Social Impact, Inclusion and Internal Communications at Pegasystems. She leads the work that connects employees to the company’s strategy, culture and purpose — helping people understand where the business is going, why it matters and how they can contribute. Elizabeth has built her career advising senior leaders and leading communications, engagement and culture through moments of growth, disruption and change. Before joining Pega, she spent more than 15 years at Cisco, where she led executive, employee and customer communications and supported major business transformations, including acquisitions and the rapid shift in how people worked during the pandemic. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: people do their best work when they understand the bigger picture, trust their leaders and feel able to speak up, learn and grow. Elizabeth is known for bringing clarity to complex moments, helping leaders communicate with authenticity, and building programs that move people from awareness to action. Outside of work, Elizabeth is a mom to two daughters and lives on Cape Cod. She is happiest near the ocean, spending time outdoors, gardening, cooking for the people she loves, or experimenting with her latest sourdough loaf.
