Elizabeth Foughty is Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Orbital Sentry, where she leads business development, go-to-market strategy, and commercial partnerships for the company's geosynchronous satellite platform, which is designed to provide continuous, real-time infrared monitoring for wildfire detection.
Elizabeth brings over 20 years of experience commercializing deeply technical products at the intersection of earth observation, AI, and insurance. She has held GTM roles at Planet Labs, CAPE Analytics, and Moody's RMS, and began her career at DARPA and NASA Ames Research Center. Her background spans catastrophe modeling, geospatial analytics, and enterprise sales to the world's largest insurers and reinsurers.
