Founder, O'Eme
Ed St. Jean is the founder of O'Eme, an AI-enabled benefits communication and workflow platform focused on helping brokers, employers, and carriers simplify the path from plan decision to employee education, enrollment, and ongoing support.
With nearly two decades of experience in employee benefits, Ed has spent his career at the intersection of communication, technology, and employee engagement. His work has been driven by a belief that while the benefits industry has made significant advances in administration, enrollment, and decision support, the operational burden placed on brokers, employers, and employees remains substantial.
This belief led to the creation of O'Eme, a platform designed to leverage artificial intelligence and automation to reduce administrative lift, accelerate implementation timelines, and improve the employee experience while preserving and amplifying the broker's voice.
Ed's vision centers on an AI-enabled benefits ecosystem where technology enhances human expertise rather than replaces it, creating a more connected, efficient, and accessible experience for brokers, employers, carriers, and the employees they serve.
Today, he collaborates with leading brokers, carriers, and technology partners to help shape the future of benefits communication, education, engagement, and the evolving benefits lifecycle.
