Drew leads Earnix's Solutions Engineering, Architecture, and Consulting practices globally.

Drew leads the customer facing teams accountable for designing technology solutions, analytical solutions, and value realization. He started his career with Earnix in 2013 and has delivered pricing, analytical, and technology implementation solutions at many of the largest insurers globally. In addition to project delivery, Drew has a variety of experience with Earnix in the fields of AI, Statistical Modeling, Automation, and Process Efficiency.

Prior to leading the Solutions Engineering division at Earnix, Drew worked at COUNTRY Financial where he served as Head of Property Casualty R&D. At COUNTRY, Drew led a diverse team of actuaries, statisticians, and data scientists. Research projects spanned pricing, product, and underwriting for both personal and commercial lines. Additionally, Drew served in an advisory role consulting on strategic initiatives such as core system replacement and data strategy design.
