Chirag Jindal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Plutus, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry.

Prior to founding Plutus, Chirag served as the Global Product Lead for Insurance at ServiceNow, where he oversaw product strategy and go-to-market initiatives that helped insurers transform claims, underwriting, and customer service operations through digital innovation. Before joining ServiceNow, Chirag led major insurance transformation programs at Deloitte Consulting and developed deep expertise in insurance operations through advanced analytics and modeling.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Chirag is passionate about leadership, innovation, and the future of AI-driven insurance transformation.
