years of experience in leading large-scale business and digital transformations. Since
joining Goosehead in 2024, Charl has been instrumental in driving innovation and
enhancing organizational success by leading the company’s Enterprise Transformation and
Service functions. His impressive career spans leadership roles at McKinsey & Company,
PwC, and executive positions in both public and private corporations, including Sabre
Hospitality Solutions and Info-Tech Research Group. Charl holds an MBA from the
University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of
Pretoria, and his expertise in at-scale transformation and commitment to client excellence
are key to advancing Goosehead's mission to revolutionize the insurance industry.
