Chad Mirock

Chad Mirock leads product and strategy within Homeowners of America (HOA). He has over two decades of experience in product management, underwriting, and pricing strategy within the property and casualty insurance industry driving transformation, innovation, and strategic growth. Prior to joining HOA, he held executive positions across channels while at Country Financial, The Hartford, and Travelers. Chad has earned his B.S in Actuarial Science and B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois along with an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. He also served on the board of the Highway Loss Data Institute from 2022-2024.
