Chad Hersh is a recognized insurance technology leader with three decades of experience driving modernization and transformation throughout the insurance landscape as an AI and core systems expert. He has held senior roles at Celent, Novarica, Majesco, Capgemini, and Amazon Web Services, where he led global life insurance market development and worked directly with carriers on AI and cloud transformation strategy. He is now Head of AI Solutions at Bestow, where he works with top-50 life carriers deploying AI across underwriting, new business intake, and policy administration. Chad holds a B.A. and MBA from Rice University and is based in Houston, Texas.
