Chief Cyber Services Officer, Tokio Marine HCC – Cyber & Professional Lines Group

Catherine Lyle is Chief Cyber Services Officer at Tokio Marine HCC – Cyber & Professional Lines Group (CPLG). She oversees all internal and external client service functions, including claims, incident management (IM), digital forensics and incident response (DFIR), managed detection and response (MDR), and product development. In this role, she sets the strategic vision for an integrated cyber services, risk mitigation, and end-to-end management of cyber incidents, as well as litigation involving professional liability policies for technology, media, and telecommunications companies. She is focused on driving innovation, enhancing service delivery, and strengthening resilience for policyholders in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
With more than 25 years of experience in claims management, Lyle is a recognized leader in cyber law and cyber claims. She is a frequent speaker and published author on these topics. Prior to joining Tokio Marine HCC – CPLG, she served as Head of Claims at Coalition, was an attorney at General Electric, and served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Colorado.
