Carlos Queiroz

Carlos Queiroz is the Director of Susep responsible for Prudential Supervision and Reinsurance Supervision. Graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) in Economics and Law, he has been a federal public servant for over 22 years and has worked at Susep since 2010. Queiroz was the Agency's Interim President between January and April 2023. He represents Susep on Coremec (the Committee for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial, Capital, Insurance, Pension, and Capitalization Markets) and on ENCCLA (the National Strategy to Combat Corruption and Money Laundering).
