I’m Bobbie Shrivastav, Co-Founder & CEO of Solvrays, an AI-driven workflow platform eliminating 70%+ of manual work in insurance back-office operations. Previously co-founded a claims system for life and annuity (grew from 3 to 110+ people, served 20+ insurers), where I led operations, security, and product as COO and acting CISO.

My journey started with Docsmore, a workflow-driven document automation platform born from a deeply personal experience - fighting through a mess of paperwork while trying to access maternity benefits after my daughter was born. That chaos lit the fire in me to fix broken systems.

Since then, I’ve stayed on a mission: modernize legacy processes, improve outcomes, and build category-defining solutions that work for the people behind the process.

Outside of the build:
📚 I’m co-author of Momentum: Makers & Builders (Oct 2024)-highlighting women and diverse innovators transforming insurance and tech. We launched our second book: Momentum: Super Ys and Super Zs - highlighting the younger generation that are paving the path for insurance,
🎙 I co-host Insurance Sync, where we dig into what’s working (and what’s not) across the insurance industry.
🔥I’m a fierce advocate for women in Insurance and Insurtech and have started many groups to bring women together such as I'm a co-chair of EmpowerHer, created a group of close to 300 women in insurance and growing, and co-collaborator for the insurance sector for CHIEF where we setup monthly calls for the women in insurance that are part of this organization.
