Austin Carroll is the founder and CEO of Warrant, the AI compliance platform for marketing in regulated industries. Before Warrant, she led financial product marketing at Brex and was the first product marketing hire at Mercury, where launching regulated financial products meant living inside the bottleneck she now automates: campaigns stalled by slow compliance approvals and 50-state rule sprawl. She founded Warrant in 2024 to get marketing and compliance on the same page; today the platform reviews marketing and social content for insurers, banks, and fintechs across all 50 states and global jurisdictions, and is backed by investors including executives from Brex and regulators. Austin teaches Entrepenurship and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. She also wrote the book on AI Marketing, "The AI Native Marketer."
