Her career spans the full enterprise document lifecycle, from policy document composition and production print environments to modern customer communications platforms. She began her career building and supporting insurance document systems at Sun Life Financial and Lombard Insurance, and later worked across several enterprise document and accessibility software vendors, partnering with insurance carriers to design and implement large-scale document solutions.

Today, Audrey focuses on helping organizations make high-volume documents accessible, usable, and compliant at scale, aligning with standards such as PDF/UA and WCAG, and supporting regulatory requirements including the ADA and similar global accessibility legislation. She works across product, sales, and services teams to guide accessibility strategy and support customers in modernizing enterprise document environments.

She brings a practical, real-world perspective to accessibility, grounded in decades of experience building and transforming the systems that power critical insurance communications.
