Ashish Srivastava is COO of Insurance and Alternative Solutions for all Blackstone Real Estate Portfolio Companies. He is part of Revantage, a fully-owned company of Blackstone Real Estate that provides best-in-class corporate services to all the portfolio companies. In this role, he oversees all functions (Placement, Claims, Data & Tech, Finance, Legal, Advisory & Communications, and Transactions) and lead a global team of 65+ FTEs located across U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Prior to Revantage, Ashish was a Sr. Vice President and member of the Executive team at Zurich Insurance, a $77B annual revenue global insurance firm. He was also an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office serving P&C and Life carriers, brokers and private investors.

Ashish has a Bachelor in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Ashish lives in Chicago with his wife and son, and loves to explore local restaurants
