Allison Swelin
With over 18 years of experience in the technology sector, Allison is a strategic growth leader and MBA specialized in scaling high-impact initiatives from the ground up. She is perhaps best known for spearheading the creation of the Garmin Health division, where she built an ecosystem of over 100 global API partners and drove the division’s growth to multi-millions in less than three years.
Throughout her career at industry giants like Garmin, Motorola, and SMART, as well as high-growth startups like My Normative and Avanti Software, Allison has mastered the intersection of product design, go-to-market strategy, and business development. Today, she serves as a Growth Advisor, Investor, and Board Member, helping early-stage companies in the health, wellness, and equity sectors move from 0 to 1 with clarity and speed.
Beyond her executive roles, Allison is a committed community leader. Having chaired the board of Chic Geek and currently serving on the board of Girls Forward Foundation, she is a vocal supporter of gender equity and diverse workplaces.
When she isn’t deep in product roadmaps or growth strategy, Allison is a mother of three children and an avid explorer of everything related to health, longevity, and high-performance culture.
