Growing up, I saw my father struggle as an insurance agent, spending countless hours dealing with unstructured documents. This experience made me realize how tough and inefficient his work was, and it inspired me to find a better solution for the insurance industry.

In 2018, I completed my BTech from IIT Roorkee. During my time there, I developed a SaaS product that enabled restaurants to boost customer engagement through real-time push notification promotional offers during off-peak hours. This product was successfully implemented with 22 clients across two states, providing me with invaluable experience in product development and customer engagement.

Upon graduation, I joined Playment, a YC-backed AI company, as a project manager. During my tenure, I gained extensive experience in the application of AI/ML, enterprise selling, and data annotation using a managed workforce. I honed my skills in customer success, product management, and operations, which prepared me for my next big venture.

With a clear understanding of a critical problem in the insurance industry and the right set of experiences under my belt, I decided to build a company that could address these challenges. In 2020, I founded Pibit.ai, aiming to revolutionize the insurance sector by leveraging advanced AI technologies to streamline document processing and enhance underwriting efficiency.

My journey from witnessing my father's struggles to acquiring the necessary skills and experience has shaped the vision and mission of Pibit.ai. Today, we are dedicated to transforming the insurance industry, making it more efficient and less burdensome for professionals like my father.
