Their marquee product line is insurance for manufactured homes (modular, tiny, ADU). Today, 24M Americans live in manufactured homes. Beyond densely populated metropolitan areas exists an alternative housing boom brought on by the pandemic, changing demographics, and supply chain issues for on-site building.

CoverTree distributes via their high tech enterprise suite that empowers partners to distribute their personal lines manufactured home product.

CoverTree has a team of 45 full time employees and has raised $23M from top venture capitalists such as Portage, AV8, Distributed Ventures, Detroit Venture Partners, Ludlow Ventures, and Annox Capital.

Before CoverTree, Adarsh worked at LinkedIn as a Product Manager owning messaging and LinkedIn Premium features. He attended the University of Michigan where he earned a dual degree in Business and Electrical Engineering.
