Adam Gladsden
Adam Gladsden is Co-Founder and CEO of ConfigRisk Group, a wholesale specialty cyber broker and the team behind CyberGuard, the first construction-specific cyber insurance program. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Cyber Risk Product at Marsh and held a senior role in Cyber Solutions at Swiss Re.
Adam has spent nearly two decades building technical risk products and taking them to market, with a focus on how insurers price and transfer technology risk that moves faster than its loss history. He is also Founding Partner of Broad Street Labs, an AI governance and insurance intelligence advisory practice. He holds an Executive Master's from the University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed property and casualty broker.
