Adam Fischer is Chief Operating Officer at Clearcover, an AI-native auto insurance carrier, and COO & CPO of Dearborn Labs, a forward-deployed AI practice helping P&C carriers operationalize artificial intelligence. At Clearcover, Adam built the digital product and operations platform behind one of the most automated carriers in the industry. At Dearborn Labs, he leads product development and client delivery — designing the tools and engagement model that turn nine years of production AI experience into deployable systems for mid-market carriers. Previously, Adam brought his love of building great technology to roles at Apartments.com and Redbox. He is based in the Chicago suburbs.
