General Pass
The general pass is for anyone - no qualifications needed! Register for $2295.
Association/Non-Profit/Government
The association/non-profit/government ticket is for associations, government professionals, regulators, and educators. To qualify, registrants must work for a federal, state, or municipal government or regulatory agency, a college/university, or an association/non-profit entity. Register for $1695.

The media/press ticket is for members of the press, podcasters, and editorial media. To qualify, registrants must provide their media credentials, as well as links to recent bylines. Media credentials will be subject to approval by ITC staff.
Registration Criteria
Do I qualify for an insurers/carriers and related industry ticket?
The insurers/carriers and related industry ticket is for insurers, carriers, reinsurers, commercial brokers, wholesalers, MGAs/MGUs, and TPAs. To qualify, registrants must work for an insurance carrier, reinsurer, brokerage firm, MGA/MGU, third-party administrator/TPA, or wholesaler.

If you have a group of four or more, you can register your group at the discounted rate of $1595/person for all categories except solution providers. Solution provider groups of four or more can register at $1895/person.

Do I qualify for a startups/insurtechs ticket?
The startups/insurtechs ticket is for early-stage insurtech startups. To qualify, registrants must work for a technology-oriented startup in the insurance industry that has less than five (5) years in the market, fewer than 30 staff, revenue under $20M, and be in seed or Series A or B stage of fundraising. Companies that don't meet these criteria should register under one of our other categories, such as Solutions Provider, General Pass, or Insurer/Carrier/MGA/Broker/Incumbent ticket.

Do I qualify for an investors/finance professionals/accelerators ticket?
The investors/finance professionals/accelerators ticket is for investors and investment banks, VCS, CVCs, private equity, asset management, accelerators, incubators, innovation labs, and other finance professionals. To qualify, registrants must work for a company that provides venture capital or private equity solutions, a growth accelerator/ incubator/ innovation lab focused on startup ventures, or in commercial and/or investment banking, M&A, asset management, or corporate finance.

Do I qualify for a solutions providers (non-exhibiting/sponsoring) ticket?
The solutions providers (non-exhibiting/sponsoring) ticket is for solution providers who are not sponsoring or exhibiting at ITC Vegas. Includes enterprise, core systems, consulting firms, and law firms. To qualify, registrants must work for a company that offers SaaS or software development solutions, core systems/policy management technology solutions, strategic, management, or technology consulting solutions to clients, or offers legal, tax, or accounting guidance.

The ITC Agents program is for independent retail agents and agency owners. To qualify, registrants must be engaged in (or support) the direct sale of P&C, life, health, or annuity insurance policies. This includes “captive" agents, independent retail agents, independent brokers, or an agency owner.
Please note: this ticket includes access to our ITC Agents program on Tuesday, October 15. The ITC Agents program is for independent agents, agency owners, captive agents, and independent agency staff. ITC Vegas reserves the right to change or cancel incorrect registrations.
ITC Agents tickets include the full-day program on Tuesday, October 15 and INCLUDES the rest of ITC Vegas on Wednesday, October 16, and Thursday, October 17.

Do I qualify for an ITC LATAM program ticket?
The ITC LATAM program ticket is for attendees from Latin America. To qualify, registrants must indicate their country of origin in South America, Central America, Mexico, or the Caribbean islands.

- All registrations are full participation. We do not offer single day rates or exhibit hall only passes.
