All badge types for attendees are $2995 if purchased on-site starting September 29.
- All registrations are full participation. We do not offer single-day rates or exhibit hall-only passes.

ITC Vegas reserves the right to change or cancel incorrect registrations.
If you need an invoice/receipt from ITC Vegas 2025, you can log into the Registration Resource Center with your badge/registration number and email address. If you need an invoice/receipt from a previous ITC Vegas event, please send us an email request to
Support@InsureTechConnect.com, and we'll typically get back to you within one business day.
Please check with the US Embassy to learn whether you require a visa to enter the United States. We suggest you check regularly for the latest travel updates. At this time, we recommend you apply for a US visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments.
If you do require a visa, please access your registration through our Registration Resource Center, using your email address and your badge/registration number. You can then provide your details prior to printing your customized visa letter for your travel preparations:
