SnapRefund
SnapRefund helps insurers and distributors manage payments effortlessly with automation to increase operational efficiency and improve policyholder retention. Carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and agencies use SnapRefund suite of products to move money in and out on one platform, with the workflow automation wrapped around it, so operations teams stop chasing payments and policyholders stop waiting on them. Headquartered in Philadelphia and winner of the 2023 ITC Vegas Pitch Competition presented by State Farm, SnapRefund is built as a boutique shop by design: every deployment is configured to the client's stack rather than forced onto a template. Clients get the product and the people who know insurance and payments equally well.
ClaimsSnap
ClaimsSnap is SnapRefund's white labeled claim payment platform. It integrates with existing core systems and triggers payouts anywhere in the world, letting recipients cash out however they prefer. ClaimsSnap connects to the client's existing banks, supports paper check and mail end to end, and handles digital multi-party and mortgagee approval. It is in production across P&C, trucking and fleet, parametric, and specialty lines.
AgentSnap
AgentSnap is SnapRefund's billing automation platform, handling the collection and remittance of premiums and commissions across the value chain. It works with any premium finance company or bank and includes AMS and e-signature integrations. AgentSnap automates payment and reconciliation for both direct and agency billing.
AiSnap
AiSnap is the intelligence layer across both platforms. It routes payments to the right rail, surfaces analytics on disbursement and collection performance, and provides the controls that make agent-initiated payments safe to run in production.
