A few things to note:

Application Process, Timeline & Odds – Due to limited supply, less than 10% of applications will be approved to purchase a Standalone 10’ x 10’ Booth or Startup Kiosk. Applications will be reviewed in the spring after larger booths and activations have been secured.
How to Guarantee Securing a Booth – You may skip the application by purchasing a sponsorship package (starting at $25k with 4 tickets) that includes a booth. For all inquiries, please email Josh Grossman – josh@insuretechconnect.com.
Neighborhoods – The Expo Floor will be sectioned off into several different neighborhoods, which are outlined below. In the form below, you may indicate your interest in securing space in one or more neighborhoods.

*Note: The ITC Vegas Expo Hall is open on Wednesday, October 16, and Thursday, October 17, 2024.

Core ITC Vegas (P&C, L&A and Health)

Neighborhood 1: ITC Brokers

Neighborhood 2: ITC L&A + Group Benefits

– Key Players: Life and health insurers, group/workplace benefits brokers, wholesalers, MGAs/MGUs, investors, and solutions/technology providers specializing in life & annuities, group benefits, health and wellness.

Neighborhood 3: ITC LATAM

– Key Players: Latin American-based carriers, insurtechs, investors, solution/technology providers, and everyone interested in the %5.6 trillion Latin American insurance market.
