60 seats. One private room at Mandalay Bay. The opening afternoon of ITC Vegas 2026. Behind that door, 60 of the industry’s most senior leaders work on one question: which operating model actually runs AI agents at scale, and who gets there first?
The stage belongs to the names shaping the answer. Allstate, IAG Firemark Ventures, Allianz X, FinTLV and Mundi Ventures open with the capital bet: retrofit the incumbent or back the challenger? The Frontier Insurer Index reveal happens here, a first public look at preliminary results from the readiness benchmark built with Majesco. WTW reads the market as the agent becomes the channel. IAG and MAPFRE report from the messy middle, where pilots meet production. SAS closes the case for trust-by-design. And a hand-picked cohort of AI-native scaleups shows what already runs in production. Proof, not pilots. Agentic distribution will be central to the conversation with InfiniteWatch and WaniWani.
The stakes are not hypothetical. Agentic orchestration jumped from 5% to 25% of new insurer AI use cases within six months, and McKinsey projects agentic commerce and operations to reach US$3–5 trillion globally by 2030. Yet Gartner forecasts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, and IDC expects nearly 50% of AI-driven use cases to miss their ROI targets in 2026. All these numbers are true, and the distance between them is this summit’s subject. Only one in five insurers is structurally ready to run agents in production. This room is built for the other four.
Following the success of our 2024 and 2025 Executive Summits, this is a working session, not a spectator event. Chatham House Rule. Live polling throughout. A purpose-built Operating Model Canvas your table completes together, across the three frontiers where operating models are won or lost: Distribution, Product Innovation, and the Messy Middle.
60 seats, invitation-managed. Full segments stay full, and requests close September 25. What’s said in the room stays in the room. What you take home does not.
