Patti Harman is the head of programming for ITC Vegas. Most recently, she was the editor-in-chief of Digital Insurance and chaired the Women in Insurance Leadership event. Prior to that, Patti was the editor-in-chief of PropertyCasualty360.com and Claims Magazine.  

A multi-award-winning journalist, she has covered property & casualty, workers' comp, risk management, and life insurance, and the intersection between insurtech and the insurance industry, as well as cybersecurity and insurance fraud. She hosted both the DigIn podcast and the Insurance Speak podcast. In 2023, Patti was named Journalist of the Year by The Coalition Against Insurance Fraud.

Over the last 20 years, Patti has helped to develop a variety of standards through the Restoration Industry Association (RIA), the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). She covered the insurance and disaster restoration industries for 30 years and was instrumental in programming their conferences and workshops.
