Life, Benefits & Annuities

For most of its history, insurance has had a wonderfully obvious way to prove its value. Something bad happens. A claim is made. Money is paid. The value is visible. But the next era of Life, Health & Benefits will be shaped by a much stranger kind of value: the claim that never happened.
This session is about prevention as a serious insurance operating model, not a wellness slogan, a marketing wrapper, or another AI dashboard. Prediction is only useful if it changes what happens next.
A paid claim leaves evidence. A prevented claim leaves silence. The customer may not know what was avoided. This talk introduces a practical operating loop for leaders: Signal -> Consent -> Intervention -> Motivation -> Proof -> Trust.
