State Farm Startup Pitch Competition: Warrant
One direct mail campaign. Eight partners. Thirty documents, each with its own offer wording, pricing, and disclosures, different in every state. That is what marketing review looks like inside insurance today: manual, fragmented, handled by a two-person compliance team in email and PDFs, and always one missed disclosure away from a DOI inquiry.
Warrant is the AI compliance platform that keeps everyone who markets on an insurer's behalf in line: agents, partners, affiliates, vendors, and employees. Every ad, illustration, agent social post, partner offer, and campaign is checked against brand standards, legal requirements, and the rules of every market the insurer operates in, all 50 US states and global regulators alike. And because regulation never stands still, Warrant keeps monitoring content after it ships: when a rule changes, teams know the same day exactly which live assets are affected. Marketing approvals stop being a one-time stamp and becomes a continuous state.
The timing makes this urgent. AI has handed every agent, partner, and employee the ability to produce content at volumes compliance teams were never built to review, just as the reviewers who carry decades of institutional knowledge retire. Most of the industry is building AI that creates more content, faster. Warrant is the layer that keeps all of it honest.
The platform works in three layers. Create: an AI pre-check scores content at the draft stage, catching unsubstantiated claims, missing disclosures, and brand drift, with every flag cited to the specific rule and jurisdiction behind it, and risk-based thresholds that let low-risk assets clear automatically. Our Reach product extends this to the field: agent and employee social posts are drafted in each person's voice, pre-cleared by compliance before they publish, and logged. Review: multi-stage workflows route each asset, whether from marketing, an agent, or a partner, to the right brand, legal, and compliance reviewers by region and channel, with threaded markup, version comparison, and SLA reporting. Govern: a digital asset manager, a governed disclosure library, and daily regulatory monitoring across NAIC, every state DOI, FINRA, SEC, FTC, FDA, and international regimes, tied back to the asset library so a rule change surfaces the exact assets it touches.
What lands hardest with insurance buyers is the audit trail. Records are what regulators want, and at most organizations they do not exist: approvals live in email threads and spreadsheets. Warrant produces an immutable, exam-ready log of every review action by default. In live deployments, reviews that took one to two hours of compliance time now take seconds, and the platform already encodes more than 3,800 regulations. We deploy in about 48 hours with no implementation fee, and we price by asset volume rather than per seat, so a carrier can put every agent, partner, and employee on the platform. SOC 2 certified, zero data retention, no training on customer content, US data residency, VPC available.
Warrant is deployed with insurance and adjacent regulated enterprises, including a global reinsurer standardizing marketing review across every region through a single front door and a Fortune 500 life insurer managing disclosures and expirations worldwide. The same engine serves healthcare, banking, and fintech, but insurance, with its 50-state patchwork and sprawling distribution networks, is where governing every voice matters most, and it is where we are focused.
Warrant also shows rather than tells: paste a live ad into the platform and the flags appear in seconds, each citing its rule. It is a pitch that demos itself in under a minute, on any stage. Insurance runs on trust, and trust runs on compliant communication. Warrant keeps every voice on brand, in bounds, and on the record.
