Justin leads the National Vendor & Carrier Solutions Practice for Alliant Employee Benefits where he focuses on innovative strategies for benefit plan management, identification of best-in-class market solutions and developing thought leadership for Alliant’s consultants across the country. He has spent close to 30 years in senior leadership roles within Employee Benefits, including health plan administration, health innovation, and global client consulting.

Justin resides in the Seattle Washington area with his wife and children where he enjoys coaching youth sports, golf, woodworking, and camping. In 2022, he and his wife Amanda launched a non-profit organization focused on youth mental health.
