Angela Grant is an inspiring servant leader with intuitive legal and business expertise and a technology-driven mindset. She has proven success as a collaborative advocate leading organizations in creating, building, and maintaining innovative and compliant business models.

Angela Grant joined Palomar Holdings, Inc. in 2020 and serves as its Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary where she has a passion for developing and implementing sustainability and community resilience initiatives. Prior to joining Palomar, Ms. Grant served as the Chief Legal & Innovation Officer at CSE Insurance Group. She has also held past leadership roles at Hippo, Esurance, Kemper, and GEICO where she burnished her credentials in startups, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and strategy.

Ms. Grant received her Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of California (Registered In-House Counsel), American Bar Association, Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), and the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).
