What are the dates and location for ITC Vegas 2024?

ITC Vegas will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from Tuesday, October 15 – Thursday, October 17, 2024.

When can I pick up my badge?

You can pick up your sponsor badges at the Badge Pick Up located in the Mandalay Bay Foyer on Level 2, during the following dates and times:  

Monday, October 14

2 pm – 7 pm

Tuesday, October 15

7 am – 7 pm

Wednesday, October 16

7 am – 6 pm

Thursday, October 17

7 am – 5 pm

 

What should I do if I require a visa to attend?

Please check with the US Embassy whether you require a visa to enter the United States. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates. At this time, we recommend you apply for a US visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments.

Will you be sending out an attendee list?

Due to privacy concerns and to comply with GDPR, we are unable to share an attendee list. Having said that, we know that connecting is a key reason for attending. That is why we have a private event networking app. Using filters, you may view all registered attendees (whether they have logged in or not). To see who's attending in 2024, click here.

Will you have an ITC mobile app for 2024?

Yes!  The ITC Vegas networking app is only available to registered participants.  Search ITC Vegas in your app store, or use the desktop version here.

I have an idea or suggestion for ITC Vegas. Where can I share my idea?

We love hearing your ideas! Please submit any ideas or suggestions for ITC Vegas to suggestions@insuretechconnect.com.

Is there a dress code for ITC Vegas?

There is no specific dress code for ITC Vegas 2024, but most people wear business casual attire (e.g. nicer jeans with a buttoned shirt and a blazer with no tie or a dress, skirt or trousers with a blazer or cardigan.) Many attendees find that bringing/wearing layers is useful. Comfortable shoes are a must!

The weather in Vegas at this time of year could be variable. It is usually sunny during the day, so temperatures are expected to be mild/warm. However, because it is a dry desert atmosphere, the temperature can drop significantly at night. Additionally, air conditioning in some rooms may make them cooler, while sunlight in others may make them warmer.

What is on-site pricing for ITC Vegas?

All badge types for attendees are $2995 if purchased on-site starting October 15. Register now for the best price. 

Are you offering group rates/group tickets?

Yes! If you have a group of four or more, you can register your group at the discounted rate of $1695/person for all categories except solution providers. Solution provider groups of four or more can register at $1995/person.

Is there a virtual attendance option?

No, we are not offering virtual tickets for ITC Vegas 2024. All sessions will be recorded and available for registered attendees after the show. You can view our 2023 sessions here

What are the dates and location for ITC Vegas 2025?

ITC Vegas will be held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from Tuesday, October 14 - Thursday, October 16, 2025.

How do I get to Mandalay Bay from the airport?

Getting to Mandalay Bay from Las Vegas Airport (officially known as Harry Reid International Airport, abbreviated as LAS) will take about 15 minutes by car.

There are two locations to find a taxi at the airport:

  • Terminal 1: Outside door exits 1-4
  • Terminal 3: Outside level 0

Lyft and Uber are also available at the Las Vegas airport. Each terminal has its own rideshare pickup area.

  • Terminal 1: Level 2 of the parking garage
  • Terminal 3: Valet level of the parking garage

I've been contacted via email or phone by a company claiming to be the official housing vendor of ITC Vegas. Is this legitimate?

It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting ITC Vegas exhibitors and attendees via email and phone and in general, misrepresenting themselves as an official housing vendor for ITC Vegas.

The only official housing company for ITC Vegas is Connections Housing. All other companies do not have any affiliation with ITC Vegas. We highly caution you from engaging unauthorized companies because if/when issues arise, ITC Vegas management does not have the ability to provide assistance in solving them.

Sponsors

I've been contacted by an outside company attempting to sell me exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists, etc. Is this legitimate?

We understand that you may be contacted by outside companies attempting to sell you exhibitor services, lead retrieval, hotel reservations, attendee lists, or more for the upcoming ITC Vegas event. Please rest assured, we never sell our exhibitor’s contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations at Clarion Events, ITC’s parent company.

These 3rd party companies will scrape event websites for exhibiting companies and research contact information in order to present themselves as show partners. Unless the email is coming from one of these addresses, it is a scam – and we ask that you please proceed with caution!

  • @insurtechconnect.com and @clarionevents.com (overall event updates and information)
  • @events.cdsreg.com or @xpressreg.net (registration and lead retrieval)
  • @theexpogroup (booth set up, shipping, exhibit services)
  • @connectionshousing.com (hotel)

Don’t be fooled by other parties using ITC Vegas, Insuretech Connect, Clarion Events name and/or logo – they are NOT affiliated with Clarion Events or Insuretech Connect. At the very least, prior to engaging with any of these outside companies, feel free to verify with your sales team representative, or check the prospective vendor’s rating at www.bbb.org.

Mobile app FAQs

What is my registration ID? 

Your registration ID is a six-digit number associated with your registration and would have been emailed to you when the app launched. You can request your registration ID by emailing mobileapps@clarionevents.com. If you are a speaker, your registration ID is associated with your speaker profile. Please contact mobileapps@clarionevents.com to request your registration ID.   

How do I enable push notifications?

From the app home page, tap the “Notifications” icon in the bottom toolbar.  One the new page, tap “Continue” to enable notifications, then “Allow” to send notifications to your device.  This will include show notifications from the ITC Team as well as any meeting notifications.

Can I block my calendar from receiving meeting requests? 

Yes, you can block off specific days or times from receiving meeting requests.  Once logged in via the web platform, click “Calendar Availability” under “Edit Profile” on the top right.  This can only be done through the web platform.

Can I sync my calendar from the mobile app (sessions and meetings) to my phone calendar? 

Yes, you can use the “Calendar Sync” feature through the mobile app. For more information, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 9).

Can I schedule time to record my podcast in one of the podcast studios in the ITC Vegas Podcast Lounge?

Why aren’t my paid sessions added to my calendar in the app?

Your paid sessions don’t immediately sync to your profile in the mobile app/web platform.  Please allow 2 business days for sessions to be added to your calendar in the app. If you are having problems adding a session to your mobile app calendar, please contact mobileapps@clarionevents.com.

Why are my meetings being declined after I’ve already accepted them?

Your calendar may have enabled a setting so any meeting request sent during your out-of-office period auto-declines, however you can turn this setting off.  For more information on how to turn it off, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 15).

Can I export the attendee list from the mobile app/platform?

You can only export your personal connections (or if you are part of a “team” your team’s connections) from the platform. For more information, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 17).

How do I create my company “Team”?

Only Sponsors can create a “Team” in the platform.  The first sponsor representative that logs in via the web platform will automatically create the team for your company and have “admin” access.  You can add anyone attending the event to your team (for example: in case one of your team members is registered as a speaker instead of a sponsor), however anyone added to your team will be able to download your team connections.

How do I update my company profile?

Your company profile was synced from the Sponsor Hub.  You can update via the Sponsor Hub, or by using the “Team” dashboard in the web platform of the app. If you update via the Sponsor Hub, please allow 24 hours for the app profile to update.

Can I export my team members badge scans/connections?

You can only export your team members badges or scans if you are a Sponsor or Partner of ITC Vegas.  For more information, please visit the Mobile App & Platform Resource Guide (page 24).

What is the difference between an “Admin” and a “Team Member”?

Team members can edit your company profile, access inbound leads, export Connections (contacts), and schedule meetings on behalf of other team members. Admins can do everything a team member can do but they can also edit their team members profiles and manage their availability and invite additional team members.

Can I add “notes” to a connection?

Sponsors can add “Lead Notes” and a “Rating” to their connections.  This will be visible across the entire team and can include tags (for assigning to specific team members).  Lead notes and ratings will be included in your team “connections” export.

Is lead retrieval available at the show?

Lead retrieval is included at no cost. Through the official ITC Vegas Networking App, sponsors can scan an attendee’s badge to automatically “connect” to them.  Once connected, “lead notes” and “ratings” can be added to their profile.  To download your team’s “connections”, with available contact information, log into the web platform of the app and follow the instructions on pages 17 or 24 in our Resource Guide
