General

Yes, you can purchase a virtual ticket for ITC Vegas 2022, which includes access to ITC Playback videos post-event, plus the ability to set up meetings with other ITC attendees post-event. Register for an ITC @Home badge here.

ITC Meet will take place June 13 – 17, 2022, and November 14 – 18, 2022. At ITC Meet, the ITC team curates and schedules online meetings between buyers and solutions providers.  Plus, content will stream on-demand. Learn more about attending or sponsoring ITC Meet here.

ITC Vegas will be held at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from Tuesday, September 20 through Thursday, September 2022.

Group/Team Registration

To transfer a ticket to another person, please contact support@insuretechconnect.com.

Yes, you may transfer tickets to other colleagues until September 17, 2022 (72 hours prior to the event). To assign your ticket or change attendee details please contact support@insuretechconnect.com.

Group packages begin with four people or more. There is no maximum number of tickets one can purchase. If interested in registering for a group and seeing what type of discount you could qualify for, please email support@insuretechconnect.com.

Hotels & Lodging

Yes, you may reserve a room at Mandalay Bay via our ITC room block. Rooms are filling up quickly. Book early to ensure availability on-property. Please click here to make your reservations today. Note that we have partnered with Connections Housing to manage the room reservation process for ITC2022.

The ITC team does not have access to view or modify any hotel registration records. As a result, hotel cancellations must be handled with the hotel directly. Please click this link or call 1-877-632-9001 to modify or cancel your room booking.

Safety

We have partnered with CLEAR, a Health Pass that verifies your US vaccination card and/or links to your negative test. We will offer alternative options for international travelers unable to use the CLEAR Health Pass. Details will be shared leading up to the event.

ITC’s vaccination requirement applies to the entire show – sessions, networking areas, and the expo hall. All attendees must attest to being fully vaccinated or show proof of a negative Covid test before being able to receive their badge. Given such, we ask all attendees to wear their badge at all times when inside the convention center space belonging to ITC.

We have partnered with CLEAR, a Health Pass that verifies your US vaccination card and/or links to your negative test. We will offer alternative options for international travelers unable to use the CLEAR Health Pass. Details will be shared leading up to the event.

We ask all participants to be vaccinated regardless of past COVID diagnosis. If your medical professional has advised against vaccination we will provide exceptions requiring a negative test result within 72 hours of arrival (PCR or rapid test permitted). When you have completed your chosen, authorized vaccination program, please upload your information to CLEAR, a Health Pass that verifies your US vaccination card and/or links to your negative test. Registered delegates may request a refund prior to August 7, 2022  (45 days before the event). Each ticket refund request will carry a $75 processing fee.  Registered attendees may also elect to transfer to ITC2023 at no cost, up to September 19, 2022, by emailing their transfer request to support@insuretechconnect.com.   No refunds or transfers will be made after the start of the event.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Requests for full cancellation must be received by lnsureTech Connect/Clarion Events in writing PRIOR TO the cancellation “Cutoff Date.” Each event may have a different cutoff date. Cutoff dates are 45 days prior to the start of the event. Cancellation requests will be subject to a $75 processing fee per ticket. Send refund requests to support@insuretechconnect.com.  Refunds will not be granted after the Cutoff Date, but the registration may be transferred to a future event. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event.

Substitution-Transfer Policy
Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party with written notice to support@insuretechconnect.com at least 72 hours prior to the event (September 17, 2022). Within 72 hours of the event date attendee substitutions cannot be guaranteed. All substitution requests will be processed within 2 business days. Substitutions between ticket types are not allowed, e.g., transferring a speaker pass to another person, or transferring a digital event ticket to an in-person event is prohibited.

Registrations may also be transferred to the next calendar year’s show, e.g., if a ticket was purchased to ITC Vegas 2022, the ticket may be transferred to ITC Vegas 2023 at no charge. Transfers to the subsequent event year can happen up until the start of the event for which the ticket was purchased.

Registrations can be transferred forward a maximum of two times, e.g., a registration for ITC Vegas 2022 can be transferred to ITC Vegas 2023 and then again to ITC Vegas 2024. Transferred tickets must be used, either by the primary ticket holder or transferred to another ticket holder for use by the second event year, otherwise, the ticket will be deemed void. All transfer requests should be sent to support@insuretechconnect.com.

Refunds on Transferred Tickets – Refunds are only available on tickets purchased for that particular event and for requests made prior to the cutoff date (45 days prior to the start of the event for which the ticket was originally purchased). If a ticket is transferred to the subsequent show year, refunds are not provided. Transferred tickets can, however, be transferred to another individual or forward an additional year for a maximum of two show cycles.

Yes. We are planning for an in-person ITC Vegas but one that will be thoughtfully safe with us acting as the best risk managers and protectors of our amazing community.

Unless the State of Nevada or the CDC will suggest or impose any restrictions on conferences, especially vaccinated events like ITC, we look forward to welcoming everyone September 20 – 22, 2022.

Effective February 10, 2022, the State of Nevada has lifted its mask mandate. Guests and employees of Mandalay Bay are no longer required to wear masks. Masks remain available on property for anyone wishing to wear one. We will continue to follow local guidelines as they develop.

Yes – to the extent possible but subject to labor laws and regulations of the local jurisdiction, anyone with the potential of coming into contact with an attendee, speaker, or sponsor team member will be required to be vaccinated.

As of this time, ITC will not currently be asking for nor offering any COVID-19 testing on site. Mandalay Bay and the city of Las Vegas have many convenient testing facilities should one desire a test.
