As Senior Vice President, Core Market, Bill Dalicandro is responsible for driving profitable growth for the Unum US core market segment. Bill joined Unum in 1994 and has served in a variety of roles in Sales, Sales Management, Client Services, Marketing, and Enrollment. Before the move to SVP, Core Market in 2022, Bill was responsible for leading transformational change efforts in the Acquisition and Products space as SVP, Digital Transformation since 2019. Prior to that, he was VP, Customer Experience in the Technology and Transformation organization. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Bill has also completed advanced management courses from Harvard Business School and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
