Ms. Winkler represents the workforce and business interests of 32 major insurance and financial services companies in the State of Connecticut including property & casualty, life/retirement and health insurers as well as financial services companies and service providers. Ms. Winkler provides strategic direction and management to a Board of Directors across the common goal of economic development including major initiatives in workforce development; public advocacy and business attraction. As an industry leader, she manages strategic, public-private, high-priority projects of business recruitment, selling the strengths of Connecticut’s IFS industry to bring net new jobs to the economy.
