Steve has 20+ years of experience in the professional services industry. He has extensive expertise across all elements of corporate restructuring including M&A, operating model transformation, and margin improvement initiatives. In his 13 years at Aon, he has held various strategic roles across all of Aon’s portfolio (Retirement, Reinsurance, Commercial Risk & Health, and Data & Analytics). ​ Currently, he serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer for Commercial Risk. Previously he served in a variety of roles including, Global Strategy Officer of Aon Business Services and SVP of Corporate Strategy & Implementation driving incremental revenue and efficiencies. In addition, he is an active member of Aon’s Apprentice Advisory Board, ABS’s D&I Colleague Experience Group and Faculty for Aon Leadership class. ​ Prior to joining Aon, Steve was a Senior Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company primarily focused on operational and HR related engagements. ​Steve received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He is currently based in Chicago, IL.
