Stephen Goldstein is a global insurance executive with 17 years of insurance industry experience, having worked on three continents and eight countries. He is a proven sales leader, and led multiple key projects for his previous organizations, including a market entry into Eastern Europe and deployment of a new business sales application to 18,000 captive agents in Malaysia. Over the past 7 years, he has advised and helped scale multiple insurtechs and lead the go-to-market strategy for the innovation and venture arm of one of the largest reinsurers in the world. Stephen is currently the Founder and Managing Principal of TETRA G, which provides strategic management consulting for insurtechs MGAs, carriers, and reinsurers. Stephen also works with Cake & Arrow, an experience design and innovation company focused in the insurance and financial services industries that works with carriers and agencies/brokerages on digital strategy, product design, front end development and design thinking and education. Lastly, he serves as a Strategic Advisor for two insurtechs, ProNavigator and Finaeo.
