Mr. Bair heads KBW’s Insurance Investment Banking Practice in the U.S. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raisings, mutual conversions and other investment banking services for the insurance and asset management industry.  Prior to attending business school, he was a founding member of KBW's insurance investment banking practice and worked in the financial services group of BT Alex. Brown where he covered insurance companies, depositories and REITs.  He received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School and a B.A. in political economy from Williams College.
