Salomon is a partner in McKinsey's Lima office and leads the firm’s insurance sector in South America. Since joining the firm in 2010, he has primarily served insurers in Latin America, North America, and Africa, covering topics across the value chain, including strategy, digital transformation, advanced analytics, organization, and efficiency. Salomon has 20 years of experience in the industry. More broadly, he works with financial institutions to build digital and analytics capabilities to deliver substantial performance improvements.
