Preston McGowan is an experienced insurance executive with expertise in transforming legacy operations at some of the world’s largest financial services companies. As the Senior Vice President – Digital and Customer Experience at Private Client Select (formerly AIG Private Client Group), he is responsible for delivering the MGA’s new digital services capabilities. Prior to joining PCS, Preston spent over 30 years in the property and casualty insurance marketplace and held leadership positions in IT, corporate strategy, and legal operations. Preston earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
