Chief Digital Officer of International Businesses
Niki Kouri is the Chief Digital Officer at Prudential International. Since joining the company in 2018, Niki has reimagined Prudential International’s customer, agent and partner experiences creating and executing on growth strategies at the intersection of digital, marketing and technology. In her role, Niki is responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, design and delivery of digital experiences, partnerships, and business models within Prudential’s international footprint. Her team drives the delivery of the digital customer experience; facilitates the prioritization of investments; and fuels the agility and creativity of our digital talent globally. The team leverages analytics and data-driven decision making to enhance the overall customer experience, and to increase distribution productivity with mobile as the priority channel for customer acquisition, servicing, and engagement. Prior to joining Prudential, Niki spent more than 20 years in financial services and management consulting leadership positions (Citi, Deloitte) running businesses and teams in both functional and P&L roles. During her 15-year tenure with Citi, Niki worked in the bank’s wealth management and credit card businesses, and was a member of the US Citi Personal Wealth Management senior leadership team and the Global Citi Cards senior leadership team. Niki holds a master's degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. Niki resides in New York City with her husband and three daughters.
