Nick Rockwell has 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, resourcing, enrollment, training and leadership in the insurance and benefits industry. He joined Eastbridge Consulting Group in 2016 after working with the organization as a client at LifeLock, where he developed one of the first voluntary benefits operations in the now-popular identity protection category. While at LifeLock he had the opportunity to build a benefits program from scratch and ultimately leverage Eastbridge resources to develop and execute a highly successful growth plan. For the last eight years he has used this deep expertise to advise insurance and noninsurance companies in or entering the voluntary benefits industry. In 2020, he assumed leadership of Eastbridge and oversaw its successful acquisition by NMG Consulting 2021, expanding the firm’s resources and capacity to provide unique market perspectives to Eastbridge clients. Nick has developed a reputation as a go-to resource for leaders in the voluntary benefits industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars and has been featured in publications including BenefitsPRO, Voluntary Advantage and Employee Benefit News, sharing his insights into broker marketing, voluntary strategies and nontraditional employee benefits.
