CEO of Carpe Data, has trailblazed the insurance industry as a data visionary, always on the forefront of technological change. Throughout his career, Drucker has excelled as both executive and entrepreneur. In 1998, he served as CIO and co-founder of eCoverage, the nation’s first online auto insurance company, with responsibility for eCoverage's business operations, including customer service, policy administration, and systems infrastructure. After being named one of Insurance & Technology’s Elite 8 CIOs in November of 2000, Drucker left eCoverage and founded Steel Card, one of the world's first InsurTech companies. He not only oversaw daily operations for the company, but also managed the professional services and sales divisions. Steel Card was acquired by ChoicePoint in 2006 and is now owned by LexisNexis, earning him recognition by Insurance & Technology Magazine as one of the Top 10 Innovators of the Decade. In 2010, Drucker co-founded the nation's first social media background screening company, Social Intelligence, whose technological innovations in online data and analysis paved the way for Carpe Data's current suite of products. Today, Carpe Data harnesses the power of emerging and alternative data for insurance companies around the globe with powerful, proven artificial intelligence (AI). Through access to continuous monitoring and predictive scoring, insurers gain deeper insight into risks in real-time and significantly enhance many aspects of the insurance life cycle including underwriting, claims, and book assessment. Drucker is a graduate of Colorado College where he received a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Political Science.
