Marcus leads Scouting and Trends for State Farm. Based in Silicon Valley, he and his team are responsible for identifying new and emerging technologies and solutions that would benefit State Farm and its customers, then bring them into the organization for a range of engagement types (including, but not limited to strategic partnerships, investment, POCs, and vendor relationships).
He has spent more than two decades in the insurance and financial services industry in a range of functions.
Marcus has his MBA in Marketing and BA in Marketing & Economics, both from the University of San Diego, as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant Designation (ChFC) through the American College.
