Niki Manby is the Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Mutual of Omaha, where she leads enterprise strategy, corporate development, business transformation, enterprise innovation, strategic intelligence, and customer experience enablement teams. Manby has 20 years of global financial services experience managing growth P&Ls, innovation, corporate strategy and new product development. Before joining Mutual of Omaha, she was Chief Operating Officer at Citi Ventures, the venture capital and global enterprise innovation unit of Citigroup. Previously she held a range of executive positions at Visa Inc., including Head of Emerging Product for Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa based in Singapore, and Head of Global Corporate Strategy based in San Francisco. Manby holds degrees from UCLA and Yale University, and her previous board of advisors service includes IDEO.org and Yale Entrepreneurship.
